I've had a search and came up with nothing, so here goes.
We have a few users that have an alternate recipient set up in their mailboxes to send copies of mail to custom recipients (home address).
Recently we set up a new install of exchange 5.5 on a w2k server under the same site, and moved all the mail boxes from our existing 5.5 server, to the new one (with the idea of getting rid of the old NT4 server at some point).
Everything appeared to be working ok until recently whereby e-mails are not being sent to the alternate recipients address.
If you send mail directly to the custom recipient it gets through, but mail won't go to the alternate address.
Also, strangely, if you take the tick off for "send to both mailbox and alternate" to send mail to only the Alternative recipient, it still comes into the mailbox.
Anyone any ideas? I can't find anything on the net for this.
Regards
Griff
