You can use MPxOI if you HBA's are 6799A or Qlogig rebranded.
For other hand, you can use Troika cards with propietary drivers. It works fine.
Finally, you can use Veritas Volume Manager version 3.1 or upper and activate Dyanmic Multi Pathing, doesn't matter wath kund of HBA are you using. Of course both HBA's must be the same type.
