Hi guys,
I'm using prairyfire CCM with dynamic ports. Basically, I have three IVR ports that are used in many different hunt groups. Each huntgroup is bound to a different call flow. So far so good, if I'm calling a huntgroup, the call is directed to an available IVR port and the call flow is played.
Now if the caller has an alphatag defined against his number, the call flow doesn't start.
I think (correct me if I'm wrong), when the call is presented to the huntgroup and transferred to one huntgroup member, the alphatag operation is performed and I'm loosing the huntgroup information. The IVR port is presented the call and rings but since its doesn't know what huntgroup was targeted, it doesn't know what call flow to play.
I would like to keep using alphatag. Is there any way to prevent alphatag to perform ? I tried to play with the CoS for the IVR port but I can't seem a working configuration.
Any suggestions ?
Cheers,
