alpha effect

Hi there,

I am trying to create an alpha effect with the graphic going from 0% to 100% then back to 0% over 10 frames. I converted it to a Movie Clip, there first frame is fine because there are the options of choosing the alpha effect which i put down to 0% but when i go to frame 5 there are no options to put it back to 100%, does anyone know what i'm doing wrong with this? I'm using Flash MX.

Any help would me much apprecited.

You will only get the option to do this on a key frame - click on frame 5 and press F6 to insert a key frame. Oh and don't forget to add your motion tween!

Its just not working, dont understand it, as i have done this effect hundreds of times.

I got it working, had to right click on the image to get the alpha settings to appear. thanks for your help anyway
