Ran into an interesting situation
Trying to setup a new video bumpbar.
If I run the radvidsetup.exe from within the bin folder on BOH, it never finds the kiwi device. But if I run the same app on the FOH it can find and program the device, but when I go to save I get error about being unable to save. Does the radvidsetup need to be run when Aloha is not running on FOH to program or perhaps there is a /switch I need to run when launching the app.

Any help would be great

You need to create a newdata folder on the terminal and the Iberdir in the environment. When you save it the file will be in newdata on the terminal, copy it to newdata & data on the server.

Thank you so much. That worked perfectly. Also needed to change the IP for what it thought were the POS IP addresses.
Any reason why the radvidsetup.exe when run from BOH would never find the controllers or even see the correct IP range. Yet I was able to vnc and ping the display from BOH.

If your server has multiple NIC's you may need to use the /radvidip switch. So if the BOH has an IP of 192.168.0.10 of the pos network, you would use
Code:
radvidsetup.exe /radvidip 192.168.0.10
