Aloha XP USB printer/cable/aloha setup help

Hey guys,
I have a customer that wants USB Epson TM88III printers installed. I did that, set everything up the best I could and it actually worked....kinda. There is a 5 second delay after the printer prints the first half of the ticket, then it prints the rest. Has anyone ever seen this before? He's using Aloha 5.2. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Rick
