Aloha TS 6.4.12 Control Server diconecting.

Had anyone experience that control server is disconecting when Aloha Manager is opened. In windows services is show as running but when I open Aloha Manager it show as disconected. The same as if a licence werent attached. That happened when the 6.4.12 upgrade was made.

This is the debout. It show an "Areyoualive Failed"

you should verify your network LANA configuration, Usually aloha ctlsvr verify the lana number set on your aloha network adapter. You should set it as 0 using the lanacfg.exe in command prompt. This problem normaly occurs when using 2 network adapter in a file server and or if you are re-installing the adapters driver. You should ask your POS provider to give you a copy of aloha utilities and you can create an account at the radiant systems knowledge base, there you can find some documentations that can help.

I't a bug in the software. Add a /remote to the startup alohamgr.exe to get past the error(won't be able to use file server recovery) or upgrade to 6.13 for a temporary fix until they figure out the problem.

I tried a few months back to sign up in the knowledge system. Radiant customerwebsupport contacted the reseller and my sign up order was declined.
 
odd. why did they cancel your sign up order? usually that would happen if you're out of contract. also...i see nothing related to aloha in here. its all radiant goodies. if you need any help docs for radiant, let me know and ill send them your way.
