Aloha transition need remote help

Hi there. Been on the frum for a while but I need to pay someone for remote help this time.
I have an old version of aloha (the system is hours from my location). The 2010 date thing blew it up so it is runnning on 2002 at the moment. I bought a newish server with a modern version but no password. I need to either gain access to the new version and port over the existing data or do a fresh install and port over the data. It is at this point beyond me.
