Aloha Terminal Reload

Can someone help me out please...
Aloha POS v6.2.36
Server Win 2K

I may be overlooking this...but I used to reload one of my Aloha POS Terms using SetupTrm.exe.
Now it's been a while and I've noticed on my server an app running in the taskbar called "Aloha Administrator", which I can select the Terminal in question and click on the "Reload" button, which it puts an "R" next to the terminal but nothing happens.
I've tried refreshing the system, rebooting the terminal, etc etc etc.
Now I've noticed that on the term does contain RAL in the startup folder if it makes any difference.

Can someone please give me the basic steps to reload a terminal using Aloha Administrator.
Or remove RAL from the startup folder, map a drive to the server and run SetupTrm.exe?

I have a main terminal down! It's displaying "Error - Radiant Autoloader - "The Root Element is Missing". My other 18 terminals are fine.

I was just going to reimage the terminal in question.

Well I figured it out. Just in case this helps someone else out....

How to Reload an Aloha POS Terminal:

- On the BOH Server open “Aloha Admin Service UI”

- click on the Terminal to reload, highlight and click on the Reload button, which will flag the Terminal with an “R”

- Connect a Keyboard and Mouse to the Terminal in Question, CTRL>ALT>DEL and End Task on TableService

- On the Terminal click Start\Programs\Aloha\Reset Terminal and let it go

I am having the same problem, except when I do as you say, I continue to get the "root element missing" error on the terminal. Any ideas on how to reload this without having to call my dealer.

There is a way! Auto-loader is such a pain in the butt. I can't remember exactly right now but there is a way you can just set a batch file in startup of terminal that sets vars and executes the iber.exe. Trust me, the techs that are probably helping you at your dealer are likely scratching their heads at why it's never worked properly. I can remotely assist you in this, but I would require compensation for the time. I'll get back to this post when I can and leave you an example of batch file or something if you'd like to take a shot at it. Hope this helps.

If you run setuptrm.exe, it will create the values for you and set up the terminal. Just as JM said, remove the auto loader program from startup.

This is the process I used to fix this problem when I had it. Some basic info about the system we have set up is we have 4 terms and a BOH. On new years eve, of all days, someone plugged something into the UPS that pulled too much current and brought the whole system down. When it came back up, we had the auto loader error on the busiest terminal. As a temp fix we swapped another, less used, terminal and rerouted the printer.
The "server" s are referring to the terminals used by servers not actual file servers.
If you ever change things in your POSs make sure you document it so you know how to fix it when it happens again, cause it will. My experience with tech support has been less than satisfactory. So I don't even call anymore. Most of the time they will make my problems worse or delete all the work I have done because they think they fixed something causing me to have to delete their work and start all over.

Did search for setuptrm.exe and ran program
Entered 4 as number of terminals and pressed ok 
Computer went through terminal installation process
Program advised to reset terminal

Tries to load table service...
Same problem as before but says:
" numterms indicates 4 terminals, but 5 are defined" in addition (we took a terminal out and never removed it completely from the system so it is still looking for it)
Then resets...
Set restore point on BOH titled test as precaution

Try boot from bbs drive (f8) and select boot from network drive
Said "no boot file received" and continued normal boot sequence
Did not try to load table service this time
Run setuptrm.exe again
Reset terminal number to 5 and pressed ok
Went through terminal installation process again, just as before
Program advised to reset terminal
Reset terminal

Table service tried to load again
Root element still missing...

From BOH ran aloha service admin ui
When prompted to choose nic card, chose 10.1.10.10 wins client(top/ip) protocol-intel(r) 82566dm-2 gigabit network connection (I believe this was set wrong and that was causing it to not load from the network drive but I am not 100% sure)
Canceled reload on saloon server terminal
Checked BOH config
Looks correct
Checked saloon server config
Looks correct
Clicked reload on saloon server and checked terminal to see if it was up yet
Terminal up and running tested printers
Both check
Checked to see if was sending orders to kitchen
Kitchen received order at grill and expo window
Everything appears operational
