Aloha Term not loading

I'm still new to the Aloha world. I'm trying to setup and install a terminal and a server in 2 separate windows xp virtual machines for testing. I have everything installed and am able to access the bootdrv from the terminal and i can see the terminal's hard drive from the server. I ran SetupTrm and it was able to find everything on the server but after the restart, TS is unable to find server.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

check lana number, see if firewall on server is on. Ping The server from the virtual FOH and see what IP you get. Compare with Ip range on virtual term.
You can run both FOH and BOH from same virtual machine. I have posted very clear instruction on how to run without a key.

i cant seem to figure out how to check the lana number.
Is there someplace that i can download Radiant autoloader for the terminal? I have the service admin UI loaded on the server but cant find the autoloader anywhere.

usually in the staging folder is the RAL.zip file
lananumber is changed using lanacfg.
lanacfg showlanapaths
lanacfg setlananumber # 0 (This will set what ever lananumber to 0

The server lananumber was already set to 0. I wasn't able to get lanacfg to run on the virtual terminal and I don't have a staging folder on the aloha disk i got.
I was able to hookup an old Radiant 1510 and get the terminal configured through autoloader and I can see the terminal and server from each other.
I am still stuck at determining fileserver on the 1510...

if you dont have an aloha key, your control service will not start. No control service, do fileserver

now when the terminal finishes loading i get an error that says security key not found, it then reboots and says the same thing. is there any way around this?

Without knowing what you did its hard to tell you how to fix. If you didn't follow the directions as prescribed it wont work
