Aloha TakeOut don't start in POS

Hi Team
After 50 implementations with Aloha POS v15.1.27, ATO v17.1.18.17, ATG v19.1.24.1004 and RAL v19.1.3.2007, all sites are on CFC. I have a issue with site #51, I have 3 days trying solve this, but had been imposible.

- OLO is Running fine, can send orders to the site and in Server ATO Console we can see orders, etc.
THIS IS THE BIG PROBLEM
- ATO is not running on POS., when the cashier try enter in POS to call the check to pay, POS show next mess

I have done the following to try fix

- Uninstall and Reinstall ATO
- Uninstall and Reinstall ATG
- Unisntall and Reinstall RAL

In each uninstall and reinstall, Run Rall and made a Reset Site to reload terminal.... result same error.

-On POS Log show this... and repeat again, again and again...!

I was thinking.... Is possible Key Code are good but really this are bad?

Hasp Key have this flags on YES (other 50 sites are working fine, and are same configuration)

Terminals: 1
Interface Terminals: 1

Software Packages:
Back Office Interfaces: YES
Table Service: YES

Software Options:
Allow Non-Radiant Hardware: YES
Delivery: YES
Frequent Buyer: YES
Take Out: YES
Take Out Delivery: YES


Somebody have any idea, why this error?

When the FOH loads, do you see it attempting to load ATO?

Yes... ATO is trying to run on FOH

Well, finally was fix..!

On POS and server just run this two commands ans restart Server and POS

Iber.exe /regserver
Regsvr32 iberps.dll

But is very importan to know.... thi stwo commands are for v12 o v6, in theory v15 register this two files in the instalaltion, but in this case, no did...

Close case...!
