Aloha Takeout Delivery Area Mapping

I am a licensed owner of Aloha with a purchased Delivery and Mapping license. I am having difficulty designating my delivery area because I have no map to draw data from. I am looking for assistance with Aloha Delivery and Mapping.

You have to load zone data. You can get it from sources like Melissa Data or create it yourself. Once you do that, you create a zone.txt file that you import (Utilities > Takeout > Import Delivery Area Data) Once imported, go to Maintenance > Takeout Configuration > Delivery Areas on the ATO tab in Aloha Manager.

Did you just recently get licensed for this? I would think that is something that should have been handled by your re-seller.

Sorry for belated response. Yes I am licensed for this but my reseller does not know how to support this product, which is frustrating. Thank you for the reply. Have you experience with the delivery and mapping? I have created a map with google maps and exported to KML format then tried to import this in both melissa and txt format with negative results. I cannot find any information on Zone.txt files and/or how to create a map under that format. I have signed up with Melissa and will try to get a Melissa map that Aloha likes and will import. Any other suggestions would be helpful.

Also, Note, my current Aloha has ATO/Maintenance/Takeout Configuration/Delivery Areas/ has a delivery area inlcuded set at 4 under distance. I am not sure how this works with ATO at the terminal?
