How do I make a submenu appear at a certain time? I tried creating an event but only saw menus not submenus. I have mens night drink specials from 5-11 on a wednesday and only want that submenu to appear at that time. I am relatively new with aloha and menulink so I will be visiting this site often, lol. glad i found it.

Since you've already created this submenu.
You could do the following: In Aloha Manager goto maintenance->menu->menus create a new menu copy existing menu
right click in a grey area and copy the menu, add your submenu to the new(copied) menu and set events for it to kick in at 5 and for the old menu to kick in at 11 on wednesdays.

You are awesome! Thank you.. Now that I have done that it works great BUT I just realized a happy hour menu runs from 4-7 so now do I copy the hh menu, add the mens night sub menu and then run regular happy hour 4-5, happy hour with mens night 5-7, regular menu with mens night 7-11, and back to regular menu 11- close? Is there an easier way?

It sounds like you are gonna have to have 4 different menus, the one replacing the other at 4,5, 7 and 11. Is this difficult? You must have 4 menus and 4 events. It's not alot of work.

You probably did this already as my reply is late.

Or is it 5 menus. Regular, Happy Hour, Happy hour together with men's night, Only men's night. That's 4, am I correct.

:)
