On the BOH computer I can't open Sales Reports or other reports. When I click Reports: Sales it just gives me an error message. Restarting the ctlsvr used to fix it but it doesn't anymore. But if I log onto the BOH computer with Teamviewer from a different computer and try to check Sales Reports they open
