can you explain what you mean by manually refresh? Also what versions of everything are you using and hardware. Also have you looked at the logs. They indicate 99% of the time what the issue is. Please provide your exact steps so we can further assist you.
close aloha manager, restart your ctlsrv, see if it makes a difference. Many times issues with aloha manager can be resolved by just restarting the service
