Hello,

Running Aloha QS 6.5. I am trying to configure the layout of customer receipts. I am looking for a way to cleary identify what register an order was taken on and what the order number is. For example, currently a receipt displays the order number of 60010 for an order taken on register 6 which is order number 10. There is no clear designation of this though for the customer its just in the upper right hand side of the receipt. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.

You can use table tents or name order to manually input an identifier for your order.

Thanks for the response virtual. We do use table tents and names currently. I'm just trying to see if there is any way to have it clearly defined on the receipt to display what register it was taken on. Looking for something like this:

Order #: xx
Register #: xx

Thanks again.

have you tried the Check Counter option in Store Settings /International tab? There you have another option to print a continuous counter with the terminal ID that will print below the receipt header.

Would also try checking pinoytech's advise. Maybe on version 7 there would now be an option to customize a customer receipt.

@pinoytech... I would think that you're from Manila. What company do you represent?

Version 7 will, in fact, have a new feature called "Print Designer".
I'm not sure if it will be in 7.0, it's a very new product.
