The only other thing I found looking thru old posts in my emails=
'if a dbf isn't updating, I check for read-only files in NEWDATA,
then I look for duplication of line items in Aloha.ini. Then delete the
cdx and tdx, run a dbconfig.exe.'
'If that doesn't work, I would attempt to edit the dbf in Excel, and see
if that takes. A last resort is to delete the dbf and let the system
rebuild it.'

Okay, so the problem was outdated RadVidSetup and the RadVidxxxx.dll files. The doc you offered was very helpful; thank you again. Do you have a PayPal or some other account setup I could donate to? This isn't the first time you have helped asave my butt.
PS do you think, or know, if the 6.4 Quick Service license work with 6.5 or 6.7 update? Do you have either one?

Each version 6.4 6.5 6.7 requires new sec numbers only available thru your dealer. Usually have to pay to upgrade to a newer version and most of the newer versions require updated hardware/windows. I'll search my files for a 6.4 setup disk for radiant video.
