Aloha question on blind bartender checkouts

Is there a way to set bartender checkouts where it does not show how much they owe at the end of the night. SO they we be blind and have to deposit all cash (over or under). Its Aloha ver 6.5.56. This location all foh are bartenders, no servers. I suppose a custom checkout would work, but not sure how to create it. Second question would be, how will managers know if the drop is correct or not. Would they just use the FOH cash owed report?

I don't believe that is an option for checkouts. The blind bartender functionality is supposed to hide the drawer total in functions, financial, cash drawer. It was designed originally to be used along with manager must checkout in job codes.

If they are just dropping all cash and a manager is counting down the next day you may want to look into not running checkouts, (manager must checkout). The next day manager can always reprint from the BOH. If they are worried about cc tip errors you could have EOD run manually by the next day manager after all is balanced...
