Aloha QS and IBM SurePos 500

I have installed Aloha Quick Service on IBM SurePos 500 4840-xx3 .
i cannot communicate with the MSR and the Cash drawer.
i have installed the need drivers .
and i also tried the OPOS but it's not working .
i tried the JavaPOS , it's working with devices but aloha can't determine it from the JavaPos

is that anybody know how can i solve this issue ??

Pull the MSR and there is a small microswtich seen on the inside, change it's position so it will work as a keyboard input, and scrap the OPOS usage for the MSR.

Never used a cash drawer port -Always connect my drawers to a receipt printer.

None. Because it is now a keyboard input.

what OPOS names are you using? We sell a lot of these and never had an issue with this. Not sure exactly, but think the OPOS name for the MSR is actually 'MSR'. The Cashdrawer I believe was 'CASHDRAWER'.

i have checked the microswitch it was keypd , and i was trying to install it as serial MSR . i have switched it back to serial and it's works
