We have 3 restaurants with three different versions of Aloha. We are implementing Ctuit as our enterprise reporting tool and unable to get the older versions to report guest counts. Using the checkbox "Use entrees for guest counts" as that provides the best control for accurate and consistent information. The newest version; 14.6.0 is reporting accurate guest counts with the same settings. If anyone has any information to get this information reporting out to "Guest Count by Sales Type" I would be very appreciative.

on the older version, when you are using entees as guest count, you need to have a non sales category with the entrees you want to count. Not sure if you did that already, but it is the first place to look

Thank you Ross, We have set up an "Entree" category and transitioned all of the items that we want tracked into the "entrees" non-sales category. Unfortunately even with that the only place we get the reporting of guest counts is to "Guest Count by Order Mode" area. the other two reporting show only one guest; "Guest Count by Daypart" and "Guest Count by Sales Type". Ctuit uses "Guest count by Sales Type" to populate their fields so I need to get that line populated. Or type 10 vs 49 in the GNDSALE.dbf.
