Aloha POS v12.3 unknown master password

How do I reset the master password? We have all the manager passwords but the person supporting us has gone AWOL and I need to make some changes on the system with the manager accounts don't have permissions.

You will have to get with the reseller who will get in there and reset that for you with command center.

It will depend on you version of Aloha manager and what security level you have. Reach out to me on Reddit. I have a simple batch file to reset user 1 password
