Having an issue with a system running Aloha POS version 6.7.72 double printing tickets. Based on what the user has described it is not happening consistently and is occurring on any of their printers. Examples have included food items printing twice through the expo printers for food items and bar drinks printing twice on the bar printers. The issue has not been isolated to one user or a certain time frame. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

Aloha POS - Double Printing

The double printing is happening on both the FOH and BOH printers. I believe the FOH printers are T88 and the BOH are U22. Not positive on that though as I am not on site. More info on the issue however is that a majority of the tickets aren't cutting in between the double prints. This has us leaning towards the possibility of a connection problem with the printers or some sort of electrical interference.
