Currently at our establishment we have Aloha POS Tableservice as well as Aloha Enterprise.

I had a few questions regarding the ability to track our customer's spending habits.

I have read through all report manuals from both Tableservice and the Backoffice reports, as well as Enterprise and haven't found any way to track sales by customer.

I understand that Aloha has developed CRM programs based on physical membership cards but such a solution is not very effective in our case since majority of customers will not remember to present their card at time of purchase.

I'm not sure if compliance regulations allow it but it would amazing if Aloha could track by Credit Card name since most of our sales are credit cards.

Another question I had is if there are any Radiant Systems or 3rd party applications that allow us to store information such as customer preferences and be able to display them on our terminals so our servers are able to better cater to our repeat customers.

Any help on the subject would be greatly apprecieated.

Thank you!

Aloha enterprise is more like gift certificates. The new aloha takeout is supposed to be able to track customers habits

@ alohahello. It sounds like Jolla is describing a Frequent Diner program. Could they track as described with Aloha efrequency?

efrequency i believe requires the creation of actual member cards, such as frequency cards. I'm trying to track by Credit card customer name.

Tracking diners purchases requires a tracking #, whether or not it is a ID card or phone # doesn't matter and I assume that whether or not it is swiped or manually entered doesn't matter as well. I've never heard of a frequency program that actually "required" the use of cards. Phone #'s are popular because you can cover multiple people in one household or office. As far as tracking your diners by the name on their credit card, to me it appears that relying upon information on the card's magnetic swipes is a mistake when you consider today's PCI concerns but I know it can be done.

I don't know if Aloha's efrequency allows member "info" to be accessed at the POS by your staff.
