Aloha not seeing any Data in Edit Punches

Seems like for no apparent reason, a few days ago, when going to BOH edit punches there is no data populating the window. You can see all 28 days of dates to pull down from but every date only brings up a totally blank window.

All other Aloha functions are fine. All other reports populate the date correctly. We can edit punches FOH fine. It only is a problem related to the BOH edit punches.

Has been doing this for 4 days now except 3 days ago the data appeared for about 3 hours, then gone again. Weird.

Fixed....However, No real solution. Apparently, Aloha punches did not like my Employee number after 25 years. Possibly a recent Windows update caused the bug, who knows, but simply changing my ID and setting me up exactly as before with the same permissions solved the problem. Aloha Ross, you're great. Be calling on you soon for more support and tweaks.
