Had a Hard Drive go out during a Thunderstorm, started using another drive that had an exact image from a year ago. Subsequently the sales reports started adding on to the non reset-able totals from the last day of business from a year ago.

When the Hard Drive data came back from repairs and I drop the dated folders in the Aloha directory the non reset-able totals do not update. If I take the folders out everything is fine. I noticed that the dated folders have a "NRTOTALS" file in it but I don't know if it can be modified.

What would be the best way to get everything synchronized.

I don't normally use non reset totals. But have you tried to regrind the dated folders. Not sure if it will work, but it may.

%\iberdir%\aloha\bin\grind.exe /date 2016MMDD or grindq if quick service

do this from either a run command or dos prompt for each folder. Try just a few dates and see if that fixes the NRTOTALs

Thanks AlohaRoss,
I have already tried to do regrind but I get a message to upgrade Database. The data is all from the same machine and same version of Alha 5.3.27
I have already used BIN/Dbconfig on dated folders and current "data" and "newdata" with no incidence. But when I try to regrind I keep getting the same message.
Is there a command for running a Database upgrade from the Command prompt. Thanks
