Hey everyone,

A restaurant I work for just started using ID Cards for the managers (not for servers)
What they were asking me is whether it is possible to have a "Master ID Card" that can open the other manager's users.
It has happened that managers leave for the day without closing open tables and checking out, and this causes a problem.
This "Master ID Card" would always be at the restaurant.

Is something like this possible?

Instead of creating a "master ID" why not allow the managers to see each others tables and tabs. This way if AM manager leaves without closing tables, the PM manager can just close them on their number. Can I assume the checks the managers have are comps and voids that have zero balance's? How do I allow managers to see each other tables?

Its under job codes
look for the functions tab
put check box "Team Get Check"
If you want to limit to only managers then you would have to create a labor group just for managers.
I would suggest Managers can see all open tables and tabs of anyone working. It makes for quick voids, comps and transfers.
