I was deleting some restaurant info in aloha manager because we are only using the system for a bar with no food. I'm sure I deleted it incorecctly but after doing so several successful times I logged inot Manager and it won't allow me to make changes anymore. The utilities, maintenance, reports are all gone when I log in. Any help would be appreciated.

if you haven't refreshed foh, renname the newdata folder, make a copy of the data folder then rename is to newdata.

If you did refresh, to get you back to where you were yesterday, copy all files from the datedsub for yesterday, to newdata, copy the aloha.ini file from the data directory to newdata, should fix your problem.

Apparently "coorsman" I am a tool but I don't know too much about this system so I don't know and can't find where the datedsub files would be. There are a bunch of sub files but I don't know what I am looking for. Also, the aloha.ini file should be from the data folder? Thanks

You changed your back office security level. Another manager with with the higher access level can log in and change yours back.

DTSMAN-I don't know how to do this because I set the security level. When anyone logs into manager they use the same user id and password then once logged in no changes can be made because the reports, utilities, maint., among others on top are gone.

The last tab under employee maintenance.
Someone change the back office rights. If you see a user in the employee list that has a higher acces level than you, such as the default dealer ID, do a clear password and then login using that number. Then you can set yours to at least what that one is.

There are only the login, tools(which is nothing), view and help tabs showing after login. The other tabs disappeared. It still allows me in the terminal but not the BOH computer to change anything.
