Hi All-

Some quick Labor Scheduler usage questions -

Is it possible to enter the time data and import it into the scheduler, or edit the files manually. Dragging the little bars for every employee is a PITA, not to mention inaccurate.

If not is there a way to copy Mondays schedule to Tuesday, etc?

Also is there a way to use the same schedule every week without having to copy it, I guess I could just use a batch file to copy and rename every week.

We have never used the schedule before, but thought we would give it a try to force ontime clock-ins/outs.

Anyone have any suggestions on implementing or using it so that all functions well once I enable 'Use Schedule'?

Thanks,

In the Aloha basic labor scheduler, you can't copy day to day, but you can copy week to week. Once you setup your first week, you can then say "yes" to copy the schedule from a previous week.
The first week is a little time consuming, but worth it in the end if you turn on the "use scheduler" flag in the job code.
Hope this helps.
