Aloha..Is there way to change SD to OTS for side modifier on chits.

I have a customer whose kitchen is getting confused by SD marker on kitchen chits.
For example, if they see SD LETTUCE, they are putting lettuce on the sandwich and a side plate of lettuce.
Rather than train the kitchen how to read the tickets, he wants to know if we can switch SD to OTS on the chits.
Is there a way to do this?

Thanks for getting back to me Ross. What I was looking for was actually in Modifier Codes, not exception modifiers. But your post got me on the right track.

Modifier groups is what I meant to type. But I assume you found that area and how to change.
Some places I support have charged for OTS because of the larger portion that is given when something is put on the side. It also takes extra work for kitchen to remember and dishwashers to wash. You might be surprised at the real cost of ON the side when you take into consideration all the other factors.
