hi,

in CTLSVR and EDCSVR services properties, which should I register? is is under local system account? or under a specifi user account?
because i try to regster it under local system account but in aloha manager it prompts up the "ctlsvr is desconnected" and if i regster under a specific user account, what must be the account name? i try to enter a account name but it says invalid acount name..

pls help me. thanks!

Use local system account and then navigate to your Aloha\bin folder through a command prompt. Register ctlsvr manually. Restart aloha manager.

If you use a specific account register under an account that exists on the boh and foh terminals.

Do you have the hasp software key installed and network connected. Lana 0.
What operating system, aloha version?

Cheers,
Coorsman

i think there is no hasp software key installed. operating system is win xp pro sp2. aloha version 6.2

Go you have a hasp software key atached to the parallell port or usb key? w/o it ctrlsvr will not start and you cannot use the software.

Cheers,
Coorsman
