Aloha - House Account Payment in FOH

Hello All,

I was wondering if you could help me. I am trying to ring in a house account payment at the front of house terminals so that Compeat will include that transaction in the nightly DSR poll. Is this possible or can you only add House Account credits from the back office.

Payments on house accounts are done from the BOH computer through Aloha Manager/NAM/CFC.

If a customer is putting food or drinks on a house account that is done from the FOH.

Post to house account is under functions on NAM/CFC. Also you can look at house accounts under reports to view what people owe or print invoices. DO NOT hit the balance button under reporting though as it reduces a customers house account balance to $0.00. Learned the hard way a couple of years ago.

If you run a sales report in the back office a house account should show if you make activity on it during the time frame you are referring to. Hope this helps!

Ahh the good old balance button. No warning and no confirmation dialogue...

Ahh I see.. the problem I am having is getting this info into Compeat as if I enter it through the BOH the house accounts do not pull through on the DSR.
