Aloha Grind problem

There was an emergency replacement of the file server on version 6.1, due to a server crash where all the previous data was lost. The new server seems to be ok except for one pesky issue.

The grind does not run at the end of the day. Running it manually fixes it. The problem is consistent- every day.

I am not expert in Debouts,butI cannot see any errors in the EOD or grind debouts. It almost like it's not being told to run at all.

Anyone have any ideas why this might be happening? Thanks.

Is end of day creating the Done30 file in the dated folder? If not then the EOD is not completing.

I didn't check. In my haste, the last two days, I just did a manual grind.

Wouldn't it say somewhere in one of the debouts if it had a problem with EOD? But I'm guessing it's not completing because there is Waiting to Grind message on the FOH...

Just heads up, Disable Auto-Grind is not checked.

In case it will help anyone else in the future, the problem was that the user logon that was associated with the ctl service did not have admin rights.
