Aloha Floor Plan non-fuctional.

Hi everyone,
I'm with a restaurant that was bought from previous owners.
The floor plan on the aloha system is left over from the old owners.
It doesn't match our tables now, and I'd love to change it so that servers don't have to use wwt. The problem is that when I go to maintenence, system, floor plan....nothing happens. It doesn't open anything else up. Anybody know why I can't access this?

you have to choose either the panel editor or the screen editor

Sounds like the user you are logging in with does not have security access to floor plans.

I think you may be right. I found the panel and screen editor in the security level setting for manager.
They are both unchecked. However, when I try to change them it says that I cannot add permissions to my own security level. Nobody here has higher access levels, and the people that set up the machines aren't much help.

Ok, you were right. Our aloha seller was actually pretty quick in getting me set up with more access.
Now it seems that actually setting up the floor plans is going to be a pain in the arse.
I know this sounds vauge, but does anybody have any great tips?

Sorry Roxy. Can't sit on this forum all day ya know...

Ask your reseller to tell you how to Alt X. They will know what you mean. That will help you if you find other things you need to get to that you don't have access to.

Oh, by got it done I meant that I got it all figured out. The reseller was actually very helpful.
