Aloha Error:A connection to datacenter cannot be established. Do you wish to proceed in offline mode

Hello Tech's I am new to POS support I have this error when user is trying to login to Aloha configuration center>>Error: A connection to the datacenter cannot be established do you wish to proceed offline mode?
I took this steps
Aloha key is plugged into the managers pc.
Restarted Ctl services; aloha still is offline.
Restarted server; no change.

Do you have internet access? It sounds like you are running configuration center. Are you part of a chain restaurant? When you Launch Aloha, is there a drop down fir which store you would like to connect to?

Hello AlohaRoss ty for the fast response to answer your questions I am running configuration center and yes to the chain restaurants Error happens the second I click to add password I do have a drop-down for more stores but I am unable to choose. I am able to login if I click to proceed offline mode, I am able to chose stores.

Your issue is network related. Make sure you have internet?
