We have salaried managers that do not have a payrate in Aloha.
Everyday we edit punches and zero out their time. We have done this for 11 years and it has worked fine.
We do this for shift tracking only.
Every since the upgrade to new terminals and windows 10, AM Version 20.16.2.1002 and Local Aloha POS Version 15.1.55.0
Everytime we go in a zero out the salaried managers time it deletes them from the labor report all together,
and it has never done this before. I have discussed this with our local Aloha contractor and they can only say it
was a glitch for 11 years and it is now fixed.

Daily we edit punches.
Chad labor is 0400 to 1239
Edited labor is 0400 to 0400
It now deletes this labor which it has never done before.

Any ideas where to start looking as our contractor is no help.

Thanks,

Since you do not need them as part of labor reports, you will find new check box to exclude from labor report in job code settings
Jobcodes, financial tab, report settings

So what effect does the the exclude from labor report actually do.
Does it completely delete them from the labor because that is what it is doing now.
When every we zero out a managers time it just deletes them from labor report, regardless if the have sales or tips.

I still need them on labor report for Tracking of sales, tips, and attendance. Just NO time logged.

Could be a setting in the labor report. If you have your old data (prior to your upgrade) you can try taking the files inside the RPTSET folder in aloha and dropping them into your new RPTSET folder. This transfers over all of your report settings.
