If you are using Paymentech as your processor and you are not able to settle, it because you have not updated your EDC and gateway. EDC needs to be on ver 14.1.21 or higher. I have had great success with upgraded EDC to ver 15.1.18. There are some certificates that may need to be installed.
Currently your gateway will look something like this
netconnect.paymentech.net
netconnect1.paymentech.net
It will need to be changed to the new gateway
netconnect1.chasepaymentech.com
Still not able to settle. Contact me from website below
