Aloha EDC First Data Buypass

I am trying to move a client off of WorldPay to FirstData Buypass. I added the processor to the EDC and verified the gateway was installed. Even though I check the setting to use TCP/IP it will try to dial when I test it and not try to process over the internet. One thought is that must I completely remove WorldPay to use another TCP/IP processor? I will also attached some screen shots. Any guidance is greatly appreciated.

Is there a firewall blocking the connection? If it is not able to go over the internet and there is a backup modem configured, it will go there.
I'm also assuming you have set the CC type to use FDC as opposed to WP.
