Aloha EDC, Duplicating charges in triplicate

Everyone,
I am having major issues with my Aloha EDC. When I review the current transaction folder in the edc program it lists only the transactions for the day. However the EDC screen shows txns being 48, whereas we have only done 15 for the day. Now for the fun part, although the current transaction log only reads 15 transactions when I batch, it batches all 48, therefore double and in some cases triple charging the customers.
I receive a batch number and approval code and EDC clears. However when EDC is reopened all of the past credit card data is reporting on the main screen. Please Help!

Make certain that you do not have Internet Explorer 7 installed on the server. It is not compatible with some versions of Aloha. If you do, uninstalling it from add/remove programs will revert you back to IE 6
