Is there a way to red flag a deleted checkout on the Checkout sheet it self. Just to make it noticable to the managers that it has been deleted and then we can find out why.

I don't know if "red flagging" this is possible (to my knowledge, it's not), but what I can tell you is that is absolutely should be a "manager only" function. So, in a way, this should solve your problem.... in no way, should anybody but a manager be able to delete checkouts or clock outs. Too big of a security risk. This pretty much goes with any system.

yes, is is certainly set to manager only. But we have a few times were a manager has deleted a checkout when there was no need to. We have disabled it from managers now because the only reason you would need it is to edit a forgotton tip. We tell our employees tho, if you forget it let us knnow and if we havent batched hat nigght we will get it for you.

We just wanted to reenable it and kinda watch whats going on. Maybe instead of noting it, maye it has liek a number on top siginfying this is copy # 2 of checkout.

You can veiw this in audit reports, you do bring up a weak point for dishonesty if someone isn't checking behind the managers.
