Anyone know how to start the debug services using different options? I know there is a way to capture more detail than in the standard setup.

Thanks

I am trying to turn the Alohaspy debugger on

I would think it would be Alohaspy.exe /debug. Debug is listed as one of the variables for Alohaspy.exe

Actually, Alohaspy is run as a service set to start automatically. The service is registered by Aloha\bin:> alohaspy /service

Can you add it to the service startup parameters or the registry itself? Did you add DEBOUTALOHASPY=TRUE to the Aloha.ini?

I did add DEBOUTALOHASPY=TRUE to the Aloha.ini. How would I add the debug option to the service startup parameters? When I run cmd Aloha\bin:> alohaspy /debug, it gives me an error message.

Not sure, never had to do it and I'm just going on the documentation for this one. Unfortunately I don't have any products currently using AlohSpy at my disposal. You might have to check with Radiant on this one.

You got me on the right track... thanks a ton. If you are ever at Disneyland, Anaheim, I owe you a cold one.

Here's the entry:

aloha\bin> alohaspy /service /debug
