ALOHA: Could not initialize the OPOS Mage Stripe Reader

This error just started happening on one of my P1220 aloha terminals. Anyone have any idea what to do to fix? Error:

And no, the mag stripe isn't working at all.

and recently upgraded from 6.1 -> 6.5

Starting with 6.4 you have to use OPOS on the MSR.

Thanks, it was working for a bit after the upgrade, now the MSR doesn't even show up in the Device Manager. It seems to work fine on our other terminal (and shows up in the Device Manager).

'OPOS MSR' is selected for this term in the Aloha Manager

If you use OPOS MSR use "RSMsr" as OPOS driver, type the letters as is. This field is case sensitive. Hope this helps.
