Aloha connection issue

I have 3 terms and a BOH server. Term 2 was not working so the mgr ended up restarting term 1, and then it didn't work. I came in a shut down all computers and restarted them. Now which ever term I turn on first is the one that works, except for term 2 which never works. I can see and explore all terms from the server. Please help

First first thought would maybe be a password issue between the terminals or term2 and the server. If term2 does not have a matching username and password for the other terms then it would not be able to connect to the master.

What OS are you running on the terminals?

Since I cannot see your system from here, I need some clarification:

1.
Originally, all terminals were working fine, and something happened to just one of them? What was it that happened exactly for the manager to do what they did?

2.
When you say the first terminal to start up is fine, what exactly is wrong with the others? Error messages, hanging, exactly what?

You can check that the auto logon password is the same on all terminals by running regedit from the START -> RUN then type Regedit

Go to
LOCAL MACHINE
SOFTWARE
Microsoft
Windows NT
CurrentVersion
Winlogon

Click on the Winlogon on folder in regedit

There you will see 2 keys
DefaultUserName and DefaultAdminPassword

These are the username and password that your terminals are logon with when they boot.

Make sure they are the same on all terminals

We can go from there if there are all the same

Also is term2 reporting any errors or messages?
Like search for master or looking for file server?
