Hey Everyone,

Does anyone know of way besides checking the HASP key against the NCR database to see if an ALOHA BOH Server has a connect license or not?

Thanks,

Hey Ross,

Always a pleasure with your input. I was wondering if there was any file, or variable setting that would show.

A little background on the question:
We are doing 3rd Party EMV slipstreams with Heartland POS that requires there to be a Connect License. I have a custom discovery batch file to check the iber version, aloha manager version, edc version, .net framework versions, etc. Basically a prerequisite check. Just seeing if there was anything that could be checks to verify a connect license besides the keysheet.

Thanks in advance.

There are no settings in Aloha manager for connect. Its either part of the system or its not. Best you can do is test with each system. Or hope NCR is willing to get you a key sheet
