Aloha CC receipt problem

One of our managers told me that every once in a while a credit card receipt prints in French instead of English. Has anyone ever seen this? If so, is there a way to fix it? Recently upgraded to Aloha 6.5.39

There is a language code on the debit card that forces the data to use French. There have been instances where the card was setup to use French even though the card holder did not ask for it. There was an actual defect that was in version 6.5.17, but if it continues to happen then it has to do with the card.
