Can anyone tell me if its possible to make it so only the person assigned to the cash drawer is the one that can open the cash drawer?

If that isn't possible, is it possible to see what employee opened the drawer at what time?

-Make sure the drawer is not set as a public drawer.
-Make sure your employee job codes (except manager maybe) are not set to be able to "open any drawer".
-Make sure the access level to cash drawer functions from FOH is only given to managers access level.
-Assign the drawer user to the drawer before the shift.

-You can view "No Sale" drawer opens from the audit report.

This flag can be checked or unchecked for each cash drawer individually.

make sure that the access level for the employees is not flagged to "open any drawer".
