Aloha Back Office Security Level 2

I am trying to get access to store setting in back office but seems like i need higher security level.
how do i get higher security level?

Thank you for your prompt response coorsman, however, I searched through my emp.dbf file in my server and found a User that was not terminated by the previous owner. I am ok now, the only problem I have is I have no Superuser access. But, I believe that will be handled when I register my system, right?

If you have version 6.2 or lower you can use the alt+x super user login. Or make sure your dealer gives you super user account.
