Aloha Audit Report Crashes

I'm running V5.2.7x and every time I do an audit report regardless of the params checked, the reports quickly errors out and closes. This only happens when selecting an individual employee or several employees. It reports fine if and only if I select "all employees". Any thoughts? Is this a known bug for this version? Thanx all.

There's not a know bug that I personally know of, but it certainly sounds like one--one that would take hours for a technician to trouble shoot, if they could fix it all. Depending on your situation, I would consider re-installing the software, and getting even a minor upgrade within your version. At lot of times, that fixes little stuff like that, and it's a heck of a lot less frustrating than trying to debug the issue yourself.

check your printer setting in audit report.
I would set it to view.
check your default printer settings on pc running report
make sure you can print to that printer.

Thanx for your replies. Printer works fine with all other reports and function. I'm trying to view the report only. The error is a "reprint.rpt" error and application will now close. Another weird thing is in the employee box on the audit screen, all empoyees are showing up, active and inactive. I have my employee set to active only in the preferences menu. I wonder if this is normal or is it the cause of the problem.
Anyway as Akamai suggests, probably an upgrade may fix.
