I manage a rest. and I want to add "daily specials sold" to the server financial report (for selling contest). Can't seem to figure out how to make just one, two, or three items off the PMIX print on the each server's report. Any help would be great.
Thanks, Brad

You need to use a performance measure which will use a specific category to track sales. You will find those under Maintenance--Labor--Performance measure. Those will show up on server checkout as well as on a Performance Measure report

Thanks for your reply, however I am not a know it all and could use some more help. How do I add items to a performance measure group, ie the default group "food", and then activate to print on the server checkout/report.
Thanks Again!

Go to catagories, create a non sales catagory by entering an available number in the box and hit enter, name it, and check non sales. Move the items over you want to track.
Then attach that catagory to the performance measure.

Aloha catagory rules:
1. Every item has to be in a sales/retail catagory,
2. Each item can only be in one sales/retail catagory,
3. An item can be in as many non sales catagories as you want.

As long as you have a valid performance measure it will automatically print on the server checkout. You can also run peformance measure report from the back office--Reports--Sales--performance measure

Bo,
Thank you for all your help, got it done!
