I have been maintaining a friends aloha 5.3 system and he recently bought a used 6.5 server. I copied over NEWDATA folder, did a databse upgrade copied the result to DATA started ctrlsvr and everything looks fine. The problem is that on the 5.3 system I was using the alt-key trick to log-in to perform actions that require high level access. On the 6.5 system this no longer works and I find myself without an account that is able to change terminal settings or edc settings. I know most of these settings can be changed from the .ini files but I still do not feel that I can put in production a system I do not have complete control over. I would greatly appreciate any wisdom on this issue.

Researching for solutions to my own questions. I found an old thread in which "coorsman" provided a solution which involved him sending the .dbf files with a "owner" access level and user. Unfortunately the files has long-since been deleted from dropbox. If someone could take their time to create and upload the needed set of .dbf, I would be very grateful.

The solution was to go to "Back Office Security Levels" and give a level full privileges before performing database upgrade.
This is what I get for being lazy all this years and using backdoor login instead of a proper account.
