Aloha 5.3 manuals

A friend of mine has recently bought an old bar/restaurant that has an Aloha 5.3 system installed That I managed to get the main computer running and replaced one of the 2 terminals. No manuals or anything can be found. The place has no internet so no chance of browsing online while there.

I've read through the forums for hours but all the posts seem to be years old. He is already taxed out with the purchase so any help trying to get manuals would be great. I found the servers guide online but no luck on a managers or setup guide to program the thing.

I have that one but there seems to be a managers version for setting up end of day reports and such. One post mentioned that the manuals were on the installation CD. Is there anywhere I could get one?

Not that i have seen. If you want some help setting up reports I can walk you through 1 or 2 of them. You will then get the idea

Managers guide

While not for 5.3 these manuals for 6.2 and newer versions have a lot of relevant stuff
Things have not changed much from 5.x to 6.x

Wow looks like more information than on the manuals I managed to find. Things would have been so much easier if there was internet setup at the bar.
